In 2022, I left behind my teaching career to support my best friend’s real estate coaching business. From managing online courses to overseeing operations for my husband’s photography studio, my journey quickly evolved into a whirlwind responsibilities.

Along the way, I realized the importance of smooth and efficient operations, regardless of the industry. Chatting with other business owners, they’d often say, “I need a Kim in my business!”. These conversations sparked my pursuit of the Director of Operations certification. Now, I'm on a mission to empower women in business to excel both professionally and personally through streamlined operations and purpose-driven action.

One of the pivotal points in my story was when I used the Strategic Mapping Model™ that I learned in the DOO certification program. This model helped me create a strategic plan for my own business and my clients. It quickly became a valuable tool.
